Then the pendulum swung the other direction as employees quit en masse (“The Great Resignation) and companies had to really compete for talent. But not, with rising inflation and the potential for another (!) recession, we’re seeing a new wave of layoffs, hiring freezes, and something we’d never heard of before…rescinded job offers.
