Building Clarity, Strategy, and Self-Trust

Weeks 4–5: Obstacles
What patterns and triggers get in your way?
  • Map your personal spiral: trigger → body response → thought loop → behavior
  • Identify your top triggers and what you actually need underneath them
  • Trace your limiting beliefs back to their origin stories
Weeks 6–8: Capacity
Build your internal toolkit (body, mind, nervous system)
  • Design body-based practices for your specific stress responses
  • Build an evidence bank to counter your thought loops
  • Create your personal "spiral interrupt protocol" for when you get triggered
  • Expand your capacity for discomfort — and for joy
Weeks 9–10: Positioning
Validate your direction and own your story
  • Test your direction through real conversations (not just planning)
  • Build your story bank: 5–7 stories ready for asks, interviews, or hard conversations
  • Refine your 12-month roadmap based on what you learn
Weeks 11–13: Execution
Take action and build sustainable momentum
  • Prepare for your ask — whatever your goal requires (negotiation, pitch, boundary, launch)
  • Design daily, weekly, and monthly rhythms that actually stick
  • Finalize your 12-month roadmap with milestones and check-in points
