Hi, I'm Claire! It's my honor to be part of your journey.
I've helped thousands of women level up their net worth and self-worth, and I've seen that with the right guidance and support, you can live and earn beyond your wildest dreams. I literally wrote the book on it.
I've taught at NASA and Harvard Business School, published a bestselling book with Simon & Schuster, and appeared as a guest expert on Good Morning America and in the New York Times. I have a Master's Certificate in Financial Psychology & Behavioral Finance and was the host of John Hancock's inaugural podcast, Friends Who Talk About Money.
I bootstrapped a seven-figure business with a 100k-member global community, produced six conferences for 1,000+ attendees, and have collaborated with brands like Nike, Secret, and Indeed. Before all of this, I was the second employee at a recruitment startup (later sold to Fiverr) and produced a short film in Bosnia that got nominated for a Student Academy Award.
A few things you won't find in official bios: I'm neurodivergent (diagnosed with bipolar type II), a proud lesbian (I married my co-founder!), and I was once sued by men's rights activists — then crowdfunded $116k and got a book deal out of it.
I'm the right mix of woo-woo and real talk. I'll kick your butt and hold your hand while I do it.
I believe that to help my clients uncover new perspectives and strategies for getting what they want, I needed to go through my own transformations. And boy, have I.
I came out at 30 and left my husband for my now wife. I accumulated $40,000 in debt, never negotiated my salary, and had panic attacks at the supermarket checkout line. I got sued by men's rights activists — and turned it into a major book deal and a crowdfunding campaign that raised over $116,000. I was diagnosed with bipolar type II and battled serious depression and burnout. I rebuilt my company after the pandemic decimated it. And when my son was one week old, he was diagnosed with life-threatening congenital heart defects and underwent a 10-hour open-heart surgery with complications.
I've lived through the messy, complicated reality of major life transitions. I know what it feels like to be successful on paper but lost inside. I understand the fear of making the "wrong" choice when everything feels high-stakes. And I've learned that our biggest struggles often become our greatest sources of strength and wisdom.
My approach is to turn my life inside out — taking what I've learned (mostly through struggle) and breaking it down in a way that's accessible and actionable for anyone. Everything I give you is based on personal experience, backed by science, and always actionable.
When a client says she wants to "find her passion," I translate that into what she really needs: a system for making career decisions that align with her values, energy patterns, and financial requirements — plus the confidence to act on those decisions.
While other coaches give you either strategy or mindset work, I weave them together: practical next steps with the internal alignment work needed to execute them. Market positioning with the confidence to own your worth and negotiate from strength.
I don't push you to quit your job tomorrow or take dramatic leaps. I help you see your current paycheck as a venture capitalist funding your transition. I help you leverage your existing environment strategically. I validate the complexity of high-stakes career changes affecting families, identities, and financial security.
My clients consistently uncover strategic advantages they were previously blind to. Catherine realized her ability to "coach up" quickly was her unique differentiator for chief architect roles. Julia learned her teaching skills could be separated from traditional education's income limitations. Erica discovered her academic research could be repositioned as business strategy.
High achievers get stuck overthinking. I give you decision-making systems to move forward without having it all figured out, tools to distinguish between helpful research and anxiety spirals, and methods to integrate body wisdom with strategic thinking.
As one client put it: "Claire holds my hand and kicks my butt at the same time." Gentle support when you're struggling with fear. Firm accountability when you're making excuses. Real-time guidance during interviews and negotiations. I won't let you stay stuck in planning mode or let perfectionism sabotage your progress.
If you're ready to dig in, here's how we can work together.
