Ladies Get Paid (“we,” “us”) runs ladiesgetpaid.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, subscribe, book a call, or buy something — and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to send you what you asked for, we don’t sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, download a free resource, register for a workshop, contact us, book a call, or make a purchase, we collect what you enter — typically your name and email address, and for purchases, billing details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect device and usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location, referral source) through cookies and similar technologies.
The services we use
- Kit — powers our email newsletter, free resources, and some checkout pages. When you subscribe, your email lives in Kit.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics that help us understand what content is useful.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our content and any ads reach the right people.
- Stripe — processes card payments for products sold on this site. We never see or store your full card number.
- Calendly — handles coaching-call booking; your name, email, and chosen time go to Calendly when you book.
- Substack — some newsletter content is published and delivered through Substack, which sets its own cookies on embedded signup forms.
- Mailgun — delivers transactional emails (receipts, confirmations).
- Kinsta and Cloudflare — host and serve the site, and keep standard server logs for security.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and processes your data on our behalf. We share only what’s needed for the service to work.
How we use your information
- To send you the newsletter, resources, or products you asked for
- To fulfill purchases and provide receipts and support
- To understand what content helps, so we can make more of it
- To measure and improve how people find us
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email — and leaving
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you’re out — no guilt trip, no “are you sure” maze.
Cookies
Cookies from the analytics and advertising tools above are set when you browse the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these, email community@ladiesgetpaid.com — we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Children
This site is for adults building their careers. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
