Hey Reader,
Tell me if this resonates.
In the rollercoaster of my business and my life, it’s always the dips that teach me far more (though let’s be real, felt much worse.)
I view job searching in the same way. All the wretched things about it – financial instability, loss of purpose, rejection, and self-doubt, feel so awful because they uncover the very things you’ve needed to address, but never prioritized.
Why not? Life was good (or at least good enough), for you to keep ignoring.
It’s not until you experience a major disruption – like being fired or going through a pandemic – that you get startled out of the status quo and thus confronted with existential questions like:
👉 Is this truly the life I want?
👉 How strong is my inner self-love, regardless of external circumstances?
👉 Time and energy are our most precious currencies, do I manage and protect mine properly?
👉 Do I prioritize connecting with myself and others?
👉 Could be relationship with money be healthier?
This is precisely why I love coaching job seekers. I get to show them that with the right guidance and support, looking for work can be an opportunity to find themselves.
In case you missed Tuesday’s email, I’m opening my calendar in March to coach 30 women for 90 days on how to do just that. In other words, how to master the job search with energy and ease, and become their own safety net in the process.
Now for the details, woohoo!
Every two weeks, I’ll lead a 75-90 minute group session (with action plans + accountability deadlines plus dedicated co-working in between), that focuses on a specific area. At any point in the program, you can book two private sessions with me to go deeper on any module and/or receive more specific feedback.
Module #1: Sustainable Job Search Systems & Strategies
- Overview of our organizational system that will keep you on track throughout the process
- Identify specific strategies you can implement when encountering blockers like procrastination and self-doubt
Module #2: Gain Clarity
- Clarify the intersection of your skills, strengths, interests, values, goals, and priorities, to identify target companies and roles
- Release any internal obstacles standing in your way of this (potentially new) direction
Module #3: Own Your Story
- Identify the best examples of your signature strengths + quantified business impact
- Articulate transferable skills + create bridge opportunities if necessary (good for pivoters and “non-traditional” candidates)
Module #4: Create Standout Materials
You’ll receive personalized edits from me 🙂

I’m almost tempted to say that you should sign up anyway, because these are all things you need to do, and it’s probably best to not wait until you’re in a rushed place to do it. So actually, go ahead and jump on that waitlist – or at least forward this email to someone you know could use it.
As a reminder, enrollment opens on February 12th and it will be first come, first serve.
Click that pink button, mark your calendar, and connect with me on LinkedIn. I’m here for you today, in March, and beyond. We got this 💪
