Holy moly, it’s 2024! Say WHAT. Where has the time gone?!
You may have seen yesterday’s email, but given that you’ve registered (and hopefully attended!) one of our past Job Seeker Support Groups, I wanted to reach out directly to you.
Almost 1,900 of you came through our meetups last year and I was blown away by the vulnerability with which you shared and the support you’ve shown one another. Having been laid off twice in my career, trust me when I say – I truly feel what you’re going through.
To figure out how I could better serve you in this new year, I analyzed hundreds of the questions you submitted and interviewed a bunch of community members. The consensus? You’re burnt out and struggling to be efficient and effective as you slog through the job search process. Here’s what I understood as your biggest needs:
→ Accountability deadlines
→ Personalized feedback
→ Scripts and templates
→ A better way to manage all the moving parts
In other words, structure, systems, and support.
To be frank, I’m not sure our monthly support group is cutting it. It’s not personalized or specific enough. What you need is private coaching. If you’re thinking, duh Claire that’d be nice, but how do I afford it?! I’ve got good news.
In March, I’m opening up my calendar to work with 30 women for a 90-day program at a reduced rate that includes group and 1:1 sessions, scripts and templates, dedicated co-working, and accountability deadlines.
I’ll be sending out more info in the coming days to the entire Ladies Get Paid email list (which I believe you’re on), but here are the most important things to know:
