The red flags started to emerge pretty quickly.
When Q was first hired, she was psyched to work for such a seemingly innovative company. But after about two weeks, it was clear she’d been sold a bag of 💩.
The culture was way less progressive than she thought and worse, her responsibilities were completely different than the job description she applied to.
Understandably frustrated, Q came to me concerned that if she applied elsewhere, she’d seem disloyal. But this situation was untenable. She needed to do something.
As you’ll see in our coaching session, we address:
- What to say in job interviews to not appear like a job hopper
- How to look for red flags in the future
- Ways to improve her current situation
We can’t wait until the next job to feel better. Life is happening now, and so the question is: what can we do within our current constraints to help us move forward at least in some way?
